Mental Health at work

Mental well-being is a important issue for employees. It is not surprising that nearly 50 % of employees record struggling with some form of mental health issues, such as sadness or worry. These include absenteeism, presenteeism, low morale, low job fulfillment and yield, and even brief and long term disability.
